With their sweet yet mischievous dynamic, the duo has captured hearts around the world. To mark this special occasion, Hong Kong will host the city’s largest anniversary celebration, “My Melody ❤ Kuromi Luna Fiesta", from October 4th to 7th, 2025 (Saturday, Sunday, Mid-Autumn Festival, and the following holiday). The event, organized by Tummy Is Going, will be held at the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK), the supporting organization of this celebration. Fans are invited to join three themed activities—Sweet Rivalry Battle Run, The Luna Carnival, and Bestie Picnic—for an unforgettable celebration of fun, friendship, and lively festivities.

Sweet Rivalry Battle Run Kicks Offs on October 4th and 5th Join Team My Melody or Team Kuromi to Compete for the Championship!

The Sweet Rivalry Battle Run kicks off on October 4th and 5th, serving as the vibrant and energetic opener for the "My Melody ❤ Kuromi Luna Fiesta" series. My Melody and Kuromi are calling on fans to register, join Team My Melody or Team Kuromi to complete various races and activities, and earn points to compete for the Grand Championship title. Ignite the spirit of friendship with your besties through friendly competition—Besties, let’s battle!

Early Bird Registration Opens – Boost Your Team's Momentum and Receive an Exclusive Sweet Rivalry Battle Run Heart-Shaped Bag

From now on to August 10, 2025, during the early bird registration period, fans can rally behind their favorite characters, to increase their team's score in the championship. Fans who register during this period will receive an exclusive Sweet Rivalry Battle Run Heart-Shaped Bag, combining My Melody’s pink and Kuromi’s purple. The ita bag features cheerleader designs of both characters, making it a must-have collectible. Show your passion, grab your bag, and celebrate together!
 

1KM, 3KM, and 5KM Races Cater to Challengers and Families Alike to Join the Celebration

The Sweet Rivalry Battle Run features 5KM, 3KM, and 1KM race categories, with the 3KM and 1KM races open for family participation (1 adult aged 18 or above and 1 child aged 3 to 15). Whether you’re a fan looking to challenge your  speed and bring glory to your team or simply enjoy the scenic waterfront of WestK and anniversary happenings along the route, this event has something for everyone. My Melody and Kuromi will be at the starting line to cheer you on! Every participant will receive a themed runner’s pack and a ticket to The Luna Carnival, letting you fully immerse in the lively, adorable atmosphere of My Melody and Kuromi as part of the festive celebration.

Participants in the 5KM Battle Run will receive an official number bib embedded with a timing chip to track their race time, competing for the championship title for their team. Meanwhile, runners in the 3KM and 1KM races, including individual and family group, will also take on tasks and activities along the route to earn additional points for their teams! Be sure to plan with your friends and family to capture the most joyful moments of “My Melody ❤ Kuromi Luna Fiesta”, and create unforgettable memories!
